Main tasks include : Translate customer needs into product ideas, prototypes and finally serial products based on clear specifications and business cases Design, detailing and generating production drawings Develop formwork solutions based on local available raw materials, production possibilities and defined quality levels Product support and maintenance of serial products Conduct statical pre-calculations Develop and test functional samples, prototypes and preproduction-series Execute and observe tests on national and international sites for further improvement Process tests for final accreditation of pre-series Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil / mechanical / metal engineering or related disciplines Experience in the construction or formwork industry, preferably in the Asian market In-depth understanding of dependency between product specifications and production costs Proficient in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD (2D / 3D) Familiar with different manufacturing and design standards in APAC region Strong team player and creative in finding daily solutions Excellent proficiency in English; any local Asian language skills are a definite plus Willingness to travel Seniority level
