Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and administering training programs.
- Provide administrative support including documentation, scheduling and reporting.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors for training and event-related requirements.
- Coordinate and execute departmental events from preparation to completion.
- Administer and manage e-Learning programs for Service Advisors and Technicians.
- Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
2 years of relevant working experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Willing to travel when required.Good organisational and multitasking ability.Experience in training / administrative functions will be an added advantage.Unlock job insights
