About the Role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Talent Acquisition Consultant with a dual focus on Employer Branding and Recruitment. This role is responsible for enhancing our employer brand presence across various platforms while also managing end-to-end recruitment for selected smaller divisions and / or departments. You will collaborate closely with HR, Marketing, and business stakeholders to position the company as an employer of choice and ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

Employer Branding

• Develop and execute employer branding strategies aligned with the company's talent acquisition goals.
• Create engaging content (e.g., videos, blogs, social media posts, employee testimonials) to highlight company culture and career opportunities.
• Manage employer branding campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Collaborate with universities, student organizations, and industry partners to promote the employer brand.
• Organize and represent the company at career fairs, campus events, and industry conferences.
• Partner with internal teams to gather employee stories and success narratives.
• Track and analyze the performance of branding initiatives using KPIs such as engagement, reach, and application rates.

Minimum Job Requirements

Skills :

Strong storytelling and content creation skills.

Preferred :

Experience in a fast-paced or regional / multinational environment.
