This means commerce and information are more efficient, and the implication to the end customer is that product quality goes up and cost of goods are reduced drastically. Key Responsibilities :
Actively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, with a focus on retail pos
itions.
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates, conducting initial phone screens to assess fit and interest.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide insights on market trends and candidate availability.
Stay updated on retail hiring trends and best practices to continuously improve our talent acquisition strategies.
