We are currently based at KL Eco City, Malaysia. This role involves coordinating Total Rewards processes and contributing to policy design and remuneration analysis in a Malaysia-based team supporting MODEC’s global operations.

Overview

Total Rewards Specialist role with responsibilities spanning salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introductions, policy design and development, remuneration analysis, data submission with external compensation partners, and participation in strategic projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Total Rewards processes including salary planning, bonus planning, and new benefits introduction.
• Support in the design and development of Total Rewards policies, including job evaluation, salary structure, and Flexible Working Arrangements.
• Analyze components of the remuneration scheme and prepare reports on internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Maintain data submission with external compensation consulting companies.
• Actively participate in the team on strategic projects and initiatives.
• Manage insurance matters (new hires, dependents enrollment, resignees removal from portals), address employee inquiries, and liaise with brokers on related matters.
• Perform other Total Rewards related tasks as assigned.
