Overview
We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Executive for our Malaysia Office to lead the execution of marketing strategies across events, partnerships, and digital campaigns while supporting the Assistant Marketing Manager in achieving overall business goals. You’ll be responsible for driving brand visibility, community engagement, and user acquisition, while providing guidance to junior teammates and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.
Responsibilities
- Support the Assistant Marketing Manager in the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across offline events, digital activations, partnerships, and sponsorships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
- Plan, manage, and deliver offline / online events and community-driven initiatives.
- Coordinate and handle administrative tasks related to event preparation, vendor management, and marketing logistics.
- Build and maintain partnerships with KOLs, sponsors, and media partners to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed After Action Review (AAR) reports with insights, learnings, and recommendations for future improvements.
- Set up, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, influencer-driven campaigns).
- Manage campaign budgets, monitor performance, and make data-driven adjustments in real time.
- Oversee and participate in the production of marketing collateral (graphics, videos, copywriting), ensuring brand consistency.
- Conduct A / B testing on creatives and ad placements to identify the most effective formats.
- Track and analyze digital campaign metrics to deliver actionable insights and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, community engagement, and channel sales.
- Track marketing budgets, manage expenditures, and ensure cost efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports for management, highlighting performance, key learnings, and recommendations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members to enhance overall team capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product and finance teams, to ensure campaign alignment.
- Take ownership of special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, events, PR, or digital campaigns (gaming / tech industry experience is an advantage).Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media, and influencer engagement.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Passion for marketing and an understanding of gaming culture will be highly valued.#J-18808-Ljbffr
