Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Plan, coordinate and follow-up sputter systems start-up / conversion activities and process documentation.
- Audit sputter parameters and practice periodically, include online SPC and procedure conformance.
- Lead sputter process related issues troubleshooting (common causes), work closely with shift process team in sputter process sustaining, troubleshooting & improvement to achieve sputter utilization (down time), yield & quality goals.
- Lead Sputter Process Improvement Projects (SU / STT / Cost / Quality / PPH & others), including new products / machines / process qualification.
- Lead, supervise and coach / train process tech, including engineering specialists and characterization technicians.
- Responsible for sputter process related issues troubleshooting (common causes), work with Shift process team to sustain sputter process and improve utilization and quality goals.
- Train and share PMR / DS sputter process and yield improvement knowledge with the team; lead, supervise and coach / train process tech and related staff.
- Monitor sputter parameters, including online SPC monitoring and procedure conformance.
- Start-up sputter machines including process characterization (new products & process changes).
- New product / machine / process qualification responsibilities.
- Execute sputter process improvement projects (SU / STT / Cost / Quality / PPH & others).
- Other duties include FMEA.
- Understand and accept responsibility for performing jobs safely; follow safety and health rules.
- Assist in sputter yield related issues troubleshooting (common causes).
- Collaborate with Anelva yield team in sputter yield sustaining, troubleshooting & improvement to achieve sputter yield goals (including 0725 Operation Yield Improvement).
- Other supervisor-assigned tasks.
- Improve Media magnetic baseline : ACC% and enable process stability and repeatability via recipe tuning and optimization.
- Responsible for new product qualifications.
Qualifications
Required :
Bachelor Degree in Science, Material Science and related Engineering fieldMinimum 1-3 years of working experienceFresh graduates are encouraged to applyPreferred :
Vacuum Technology, Plasma physics, electromagnetism-related studies.Skills :
