The Role

We are seeking a proactive and technically strong Senior Electrical & Electronics Engineer to join our New Energy team under the Solar EPCC division. The role will focus on electrical engineering aspects of Solar PV, EV Charging Infrastructure, BESS, and other new energy projects .

The successful candidate will lead system design, engineering analysis, technical proposal support, and on-site project execution . The position requires regular travel across Malaysia and occasional overseas assignments to support client sites. This role also functions in part as an Application Engineer , providing pre-sales technical support, solution design, and post-installation troubleshooting for renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the electrical design and engineering of Solar PV, EV charging, and BESS systems.

Provide technical guidance during installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.

Support the sales and proposal team with technical input, feasibility studies, and solution recommendations.

Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and project engineers.
