Job Description

• Identify potential OEM clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Retain clients through regular communication and new opportunities.
• Develop tailored sales strategies for OEM clients.
• Set and monitor sales targets.
• Identify and target key market segments.
• Collaborate with clients on product customization (formulas, packaging, branding).
• Coordinate with R&D and production to meet client specifications.
• Provide private labeling solutions for clients.
• Develop competitive pricing models.
• Ensure products meet cost constraints while maintaining quality.
• Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and regulations.
• Analyze competitor offerings, pricing, and strategies.
• Oversee order processing from inquiry to delivery.
• Coordinate with logistics teams for timely product delivery.
• Ensure products meet regulatory requirements (safety, labeling, ingredients).
• Maintain product quality standards in collaboration with quality assurance teams.
• Provide sales materials, samples, and technical data to clients.
• Assist with branding and positioning strategies for clients.
• Monitor sales performance and client feedback.
• Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to management.
• Offer post-sale support (troubleshooting, handling complaints).
• Follow up with clients for feedback and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
