Job Responsibilities
- Spearhead integrated brand campaigns across digital and traditional platforms while driving consumer engagement strategies that shape brand perception.
- Take ownership of cross-functional marketing projects from concept to execution, managing budgets and ensuring timely delivery of compelling campaigns.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage KOL / influencer collaborations while supporting PR strategies, press releases, and media outreach initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance, ROI metrics, and consumer insights to optimize marketing strategies and support product launches from planning to performance review.
- Execute campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Conceptualize memorable brand campaigns, marketing events, and content collaboration with creative teams.
- Conduct consumer behavior analysis, competitive intelligence, and market research to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage influencer relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and oversee marketing budgets for maximum impact.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Business Administration, Nutrition Science or any related field.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in branding, marketing, or campaign management roles preferably within FMCG, F&B, consumer goods.Has hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, social media marketing, and analytics platforms.Has skills in influencer marketing, public relations, project management, and campaign analytics.Is open to travel for marketing activities and events.Remuneration : MYR 6,300 - MYR 7,500
