Position Title : Merchant Relationship Manager - Klang Valley

Job Responsibilities :

To monitor and feedback on merchant request, competitors' activity and market update to ensure achievement of business targets.

To monitor and ensure all terminals are fully utilized and accounts are active.

To monitor sales volume submissions from merchant.

To review all accounts and ensure is profitable of the company.

Ensure merchants are serviced to strengthen the relationship for continuous support of sales volume.

To target, solicit and sign up new merchants to handle and elevate merchants issues within reasonable timeline.

To minimize and control merchant attrition.

To contribute effective feedback and to improve efficiency of the internal processes.

Develop further on individual knowledge and skills to ensure continuous improvement of employee commitment and readiness to assume higher position.

Coach indirect Reports in managing merchants accounts and developing individual improvement and commitment.

Job Requirements :

Recognized degree preferably in Sales & Marketing or Diploma in business study.

Minimum 2 years working experience preferably in Banking.

Fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
