Our client is a leading multinational group. As a dynamic and expanding business, they are looking to bring on board a Purchasing Executive to join their team in Petaling Jaya.

The new role

• Negotiate the best price with best term for company.
• Yearly review on supplier standard price list and standard scope of work.
• Negotiate with supplier for best price offer.
• Ensure all PO with comparison.
• Follow up with suppliers for any delivery arrangement.
• Ensure all required information submitted.
• Change in system if any information updated from vendor.
• Yearly review on vendor information.
• Manage dispute, continuous driving quality performance of suppliers.
• Close monitoring of supplier lead time.
• Monitor outstanding PO for respective suppliers to ensure on time delivery.
