Position Summary : As a UI / UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for PetBacker’s web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals, translating them into user‑centred designs that enhance usability and drive engagement. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups, and play a key role in developing and maintaining design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all PetBacker products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Design intuitive user interfaces that enhance user experience across web and mobile platforms.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Ensure branding and theme are clearly communicated in the designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI / UX design.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics to improve overall usability and engagement.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
