  • Handle daily accounts payable operations including invoice checking, data entry, and payment processing.
  • Verify and reconcile supplier statements, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier payments.
  • Maintain proper filing of payment vouchers and supporting documents.
  • Prepare monthly AP aging reports and assist in month-end closing.
  • Communicate with suppliers to resolve any billing discrepancies or payment issues.
  • Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as required.
