Key Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery documents.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Provide customers with delivery status reports.
Operation Logistic.
Monitor delivery progress (delivery tracking).Manage import / export documents (e.g., Delivery Order, Bill of Lading, customs clearance).Prepare daily / weekly delivery reports for management.Ensure compliance with logistic procedures, safety standards, and regulations.Internal Coordination
Work closely with Operations, Forwarding Agent, Boarding Officer, and Drivers.Share daily schedule and pre-alerts to ensure smooth operations.Coordinate with Finance for billing, payment collection, and outstanding invoices.Job Type : Full-time
Pay : RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
