ROLE : Live Sales Agent (Customer Service) - Cantonese

WORK SCHEDULE : Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm
LOCATION : Damansara Uptown, Imazium ( Petaling Jaya, Selangor )
SALARY AND BENEFITS :
Basic : RM RM4500
KPI incentive : RM 250 depends on performance
Public Holiday double pay
Free meal per day
LANGUAGE : Cantonese + Mandarin + B2 English
QUALIFICATIONS :
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (90% of support is handled in English, will need to handle customers from USA, Australia, Europe & etc)
- Ability to handle 10% of Cantonese & Mandarin language queue (will need to handle customers from Hong Kong, Taiwan & China)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO Customer Service or Sales
- Willingness to work onsite – remote work is not available

Responsibilities :
Call Center Sales Agent responsible for achieving call center metrics and driving sales ecommerce revenue for clients.Assist customers in purchasing client products online, by walking them step by step through purchase, or building a custom cart and sending the link to the customer for purchase.When customer is unable to purchase online, create sales lead in CRM to be serviced by sales teamTriage support and billing inquiries and direct customers to the appropriate channels
