Overview Recruitment Specialist (Fresh Grads and Experienced) – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Responsibilities

An integral role as part of the Singapore desk team for fulfilling the staffing needs of clients based in Singapore.

Understand Singapore consultant clients’ business overviews and client requirements for positions.

Utilize various channels to source suitable candidates for Consultants’ job orders, including headhunting, database search, job postings, referrals, etc.

Conduct cold and warm calls to candidates for phone screening to identify the best matches for open roles.

Coordinate interview schedules and provide support in closing positions (e.g., reference checks).

Gather feedback from Consultants on presented candidates and keep candidates informed of outcomes.

Manage candidate relationships through the offer or rejection stage.

Share feedback with candidates in an appropriate manner.

Ensure compliance with the organizations procedures and policies.

Other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements

Possess a bachelors degree in any field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

1-2 years of relevant experience is an added advantage.

Strong passion for sales and recruitment.

Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and people skills.

Responsible, takes initiative, and able to commit to work.

Eligible for an attractive monthly commission scheme.
