nurture experts, host touchpoints, keep engagement high, and turn warm intros into placements. Run quality pipelines :

market mapping, outreach, shortlists that convert, clean process to signed offer. Be a trusted partner :

define scopes, set hiring plans, calibrate profiles, drive momentum. Continuously improve :

use data and light automation (LinkedIn, Bullhorn / Airtable) to raise speed and quality. What you bring 3–5+ years in 360 recruitment. Proven record of closing niche roles. Systems savvy Builder mindset : experiments, playbooks, and raising the bar. What success looks like Warm-lead generation via experts >
