In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that power our products and services. What you\'ll be doing

• Build and maintain reusable journey templates using Next.js, React, and TypeScript
• Develop AI agents for various use cases through prompt engineering
• Create and maintain backend services for AI agents using Python
• Investigate and debug cloud-based deployments on AWS and Docker
• Respond to bug reports and feature requests from customers
• Collaborate with customers and backend teams to define feature requirements
• Conduct demos and explain new features of the iMBrace web app to customers
