Staff Test Engineer (Based in Ipoh)

Responsibilities

• Develop and update test plan / specs to support production and NPI / special builds.
• Perform product characterization and correlation between testers.
• Provide support in developing test hardware / software.
• Analyze yield issues at test area and provide feedbacks to assembly line or wafer fabs.
• Establish Control Chart monitoring in test and burn in area.
• Work with production team in improving yield and UPH of the assigned processes, including cost reduction activities.
• Resolve test issues diligently and apply FMEA and statistical engineering tools for logical problem solving.
• Responsible in writing and maintaining test process documentations and work instructions.
• Support NPI process development, optimization and improvement prior to product transfer to production.
