  • Oversee four crew shifts across WC operations, ensuring alignment with all product family platforms.
  • Lead and motivate production teams to achieve established targets, with full accountability for shift operations, including equipment, process, and production activities.
  • Ensure execution of production plans in accordance with the Line Steering Plan and support WC delivery objectives.
  • Conduct real-time monitoring of production systems and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate efficiency and optimize shift productivity.
  • Maintain responsibility for shift performance metrics, including productivity output, WIP linearity, and WIP hold. Perform data analysis to identify trends and implement improvement initiatives for high WIP holding areas.
  • Exercise sound decision-making and prioritization during night shifts and weekends to address urgent or ad hoc requirements.
  • Provide leadership to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, while driving discipline, attendance management, and adherence to 5S practices on the shop floor.
