Job Responsibilities

Engage in pre-sales communication for international project models, possess model consultation capabilities. By understanding the modeling needs of the clients, assist them in using their own data and external big data to build models. Based on the multi-dimensional data of the clients, combined with data feature analysis, design customized modeling solutions and conduct model development and verification for related business scenarios such as transaction fraud and credit risk, and cooperate to support the deployment and launch.

Have pre-sales capabilities, be able to present and introduce the model solutions externally, and possess certain communication and expression skills.

Be familiar with the company's model-related products and assist in completing the model deployment and launch.

Essential Skills

Proficient in both Chinese and English speaking skills, with some experience working in an English environment.

Have practical modeling experience in handling data of millions or more.

Master machine learning algorithms : K-nearest neighbors, Naive Bayes, SVM (Support Vector Machine), Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, Random Forest, AdaBoost, GBDT (Gradient Boosting Decision Tree), Xgboost, LightGBM, Deep Learning, DBscan Clustering, Kmeans Clustering, Isolation Forest, Anomaly Detection, etc.

Data mining and analysis capabilities : Proficient in statistical theories and analysis tools such as Python / R.

Qualifications

Oral English proficiency; Bachelor's degree or above in related fields such as mathematics, statistics, finance, computer science, etc.

Capable of independently completing the machine learning process : business data organization, data quality analysis, feature calculation and derivation, feature selection, algorithm selection, model building, training, optimization, and evaluation.

Able to well understand the advantages and disadvantages of various prediction models, and be able to adopt corresponding models in different business scenarios.

3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis and mining or statistical analysis modeling.

Added on values :

Experience Risk Management in Finance service industry.

Experience in big data modeling, with in-depth knowledge of the big data ecosystem including Hadoop, Hive, and Spark.
