Provide strategic leadership and management oversight across all phases of the project lifecycle—from conceptualization and schematic design to detailed design, documentation, construction, and final completion—ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

Oversee the Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA / QC) function to ensure all deliverables meet contractual specifications, industry standards, and company quality benchmarks.

Define clear, measurable objectives for each project aligned with the overall corporate strategy and ensure effective implementation across all teams.

Prepare and present comprehensive monthly reports detailing project progress, risks, financial status, and operational performance to management.

Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress, resolve issues proactively, and ensure performance remains aligned with approved schedules and quality expectations.

Collaborate in the preparation of feasibility studies for potential developments or acquisitions, evaluating technical, financial, and operational viability.

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with government authorities, regulatory agencies, clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Champion a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement, fostering high-performing and collaborative project teams.

Ensure all project activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice, and environmental and safety standards.

What we need from you :

A recognized degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record in managing and delivering complex projects.

Strong expertise in reviewing and interpreting technical drawings, project implementation / management / building regulations and compliance.

Extensive experience in project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress control, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Excellent organizational abilities with a demonstrated history of managing multiple priorities and delivering successful project outcomes.

High level of maturity, with strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.

Willingness and flexibility to travel as required by project demands.
