Senior Site Supervisor / Project Manager

Overview

To co-ordinate all site activities including order materials, delivery of materials, arrangement for labour / sub-cons

Overseeing all other things that are related to the efficiency and the smooth running of the project at hand

To submit monthly main-cons & sub-cons claim on time.

To monitor & make sure all the kong si kong work must sign every day & indicate what are they doing in kong card.

To do site measurement and quality control

To handle all site complaints

To perform any other related duties assigned by the management from time to time

Requirements / Qualifications :

• Able to meet assignment deadline
• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to multi –task, maintain organization, and enjoy working in a fast pace environment
• Applicant must be an energetic, flexible and motivated self-starter who is ready to work
• Able to work independently with less supervision & work under pressure
