Editor (SCIENCE / MATHS / BM / SOCIAL SCIENCE / ENGLISH / BC)

We are seeking an experienced Editor to join the team at PEP PUBLICATIONS SDN BHD'. As an Editor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the content and quality of our science, mathematics, Bahasa Malaysia, social science, English and BC. This full-time position is based in Kota Damansara, Selangor.

Requirements

Experience in book publishing is an added advantage.

Full time position. Only for Malaysian citizens.

Must have a strong command in Bahasa Melayu, English & Mandarin.

"We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."

Must be able to read content and correct spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors.

Must be able to write or rewrite text.

Develop story and content ideas according to the publication’s style and editorial policy.

Allocate space for the text, photos, and illustrations that make up a story or content.

Bachelor's degree in related field.

Strong writing and proofreading skills.

Great attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to give constructive feedback.
