Kitchen Crew

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals in time according to preset Standard Operating Procedures.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, portioning, chopping and storing food.
• Pack meals into the containers according to preset portion size.
• Ensure food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
• Ensure kitchen utensils are clean and organized all the time.
• Ensure the cleanliness of food preparation equipment, kitchen floors and areas.
• Sort and store food ingredients.
• Report to Head Chef on any identified hazardous situation.
• Assist Head Chef in construction of new menu.
• Perform tasks requested by Head Chef.
