Assistant Manager, Leasing

Penerangan pekerjaanDiploma / Degree in Leasing / Marketing / Estate Management / Property Management / Retail / Business Administration or related disciplines. Minimum 3 years working experience in retail mall leasing. Well known in Microsoft office excel, word & power point. Able to work under tight deadlines, resourceful and discipline. Candidate shall be proactive, positively motivated, a good team player, have strong problem-solving skills and good interpersonal and communication skills. Good written and spoken in English. Able to communicate in multi-languages will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and implementing leasing activities.
- Identify suitable tenants and initiate discussion with potential tenants.
- Negotiate the lease, finalize rental and other terms and conditions.
- Ensure all the tenants follow the lease term.
- Conduct market research to keeping up with market trends.
- Follow up through execution to the opening of store.
- Resolve any tenants’ concerns and issues immediately.
- Prepare, update and maintain all leasing documentation.
- Ensure that tenants are consistent with the retail plan and the positioning of the shopping mall.
- Monitor all new and existing tenancy document activities are always up-to-date and completed on time.
- Prepare and maintain tenancy agreements, management reports as well as documents with regards to lease transaction.
- Liaise with Legal department on Tenancy Agreements.
- Manage tenancy related matters such as rental, utilities collection and tenancy renewals.
- Maintain a good rapport with new and existing tenants.
