What you’ll do :

• ⭐ Supporting the VP of Strategy and CEO in strategic initiatives, including M&A, fundraising, and market expansion.
• ⭐ Delivering high‑quality analysis, models, and presentation materials to support executive decision‑making.
• ⭐ Driving due diligence and market research with speed and analytical rigor.
• ⭐ Build and maintain detailed financial models for acquisitions, market entries, and fundraising scenarios.
• ⭐ Prepare investor materials, pitch decks, and supporting documents for capital raises.
• ⭐ Conduct commercial and operational due diligence on acquisition targets.
• ⭐ Structure and synthesize market research for new country launches.
• ⭐ Collaborate cross‑functionally to gather insights and align stakeholders.
• ⭐ Prepare strategy memos and recommendations for leadership.
