POJECT MANAGER - RETAIL EXPANSION & FIT-OUT

About the Company

We are a young, energetic and mission‑driven retail organization with bold ambitions to scale nationwide. We are rapidly expanding and opening new large‑format and medium‑format outlets in high‑potential areas.

Job Responsibilities

End‑to‑end project management for new outlet openings including design development, budgeting, contractor tendering, mall coordination, fit‑out & construction, M&E installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.

Plan, lead and monitor project progress to ensure on‑time, within-budgetcompletion.

Develop & control CapEx budgets, procurement plans and commercial evaluations.

Ensure compliance with building codes, authority requirements, fire safety, and mall guidelines.

Drive cost competitiveness through efficient solutions, smarter methods, and innovation.

Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, operations) and external parties (consultants, contractors, landlords).

Manage renovation and upgrade works to enhance outlet performance and brand experience.

Conduct post‑opening evaluations and implement continuous improvement.

Prepare reports, risk assessments and updates for the CEO.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Facilities Management or related field.

Experience in retail / commercial fit‑out or construction projects.

Good coordination with landlords / malls and authority approval processes.

Able to travel to site and support work during critical phases.
