Micron Malaysia’s Career Returnee Program is designed to support talented individuals to return to the workforce after a career break. This initiative fosters inclusive hiring and helps career returnees reignite their careers with confidence.

Who can apply?

Career returnees who are on a career break due to child care, primary caregiver responsibilities, mental health reasons, or retrenchment.

• Have a minimum of 2 years of prior professional working experience
• Have taken 12 months or more of career break
