Able to communicate technical information to other technical team members as well as coworkers in other departments who may not have the knowledge in technical terminology. Salary : RM Commensurate with experience
Responsibilities
- Design, implementation, troubleshooting, analyze, support, and maintain on range of system, including Windows, server / OS utilization, virtualization, performance tuning, AD and backup design and restore.
- Developing, maintaining and supporting technical infrastructure, hardware and system software components.
- Performing installation, maintenance and support of system software / hardware and user support at on-site and remote support.
- Configuring, debugging and supporting multiple infrastructure platforms.
- Performing high-level root-cause analysis for service interruption recovery and creating preventive measures.
- Proactively ensure solving customer infrastructure on time in professional way.
- Excellence in communication skills, need to liaise with vendors and other IT personnel to resolve issues.
- Prepare and compiling project documentation.
