Technical Lead, Middleware System Services

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the technical design and architecture planning for Enterprise Middleware systems and associated technologies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and adherence to industry best practices.
• Execute the construction and implementation of resilient infrastructure setups, leveraging deep knowledge of Enterprise Middleware systems to achieve high availability, reliability, and performance.
• Conduct configuration and performance tuning of Enterprise Middleware systems, optimizing resource utilization to ensure peak system performance.
• Develop and maintain exhaustive technical documentation, encompassing system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices.
• Act as the primary technical resource for intricate troubleshooting and analysis, resolving escalated technical issues and guiding the engineering team.
• Manage incidents, devise mitigating strategies, assess damage, and recommend short and long-term corrective measures.
• Ensure that Enterprise Middleware systems are available at least 99.96% of the time (or according to defined SLA / OLA).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Enterprise Middleware systems into the broader IT infrastructure.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends related to Enterprise Middleware systems, providing informed recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of Engineers, instilling a culture of knowledge sharing, skill development, and technical excellence.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and training programs to elevate the technical proficiency of the team.
• Contribute to strategic planning for IT infrastructure projects, offering key technical insights and recommendations.
• Manage technical IT infrastructure projects with minimal supervision and collaborate with different application and infrastructure teams to deliver within project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements across all aspects of Enterprise Middleware systems management.
• Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements and internal and external system evaluation criteria, ensuring activities adhere to RHB Group's IT framework, policy, guideline, manual, transformation, and strategy.
• Ensure strict adherence to Group frameworks, policies, guidelines, and manuals, including but not limited to :
