Responsibilities
- Responsible for effective delivering and supporting of IT services in infrastructure and application that is appropriate to the business and operational requirements, ensuring the service level and operational level meet corporate standards
- Subject matter expertise to provide “hands-on” help to local resources within the processes and guidelines of the SCSIT group
- Enforce IT policies / procedures with respect to corporate IT policy and direction
- Responsible for documenting procedures and processes for IT projects and policies
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support to internal employees via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, etc
- Responsible for 1st level service continuity of company operations, e.g., computer installation, configuration, upgrades, printers, network troubleshooting, antivirus, and security incident response
- To assist Country IT Manager on IT projects and ensures timely deliverables of outcomes
- To document all project plans & documentation for all IT driven projects
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues and escalate as needed
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Work closely with IT vendors and service providers to ensure timely and reliable deliverables
- Perform troubleshooting for end-user computing needs and handle end-user requests and incident tickets until closure
- Provide timely updates on the status of tickets raised (within defined SLA) to relevant parties and close IT tickets upon completion
- Willingness and ability to travel to various site locations, both locally and internationally, as required
- Provide after-office hours standby support as required for local and overseas operations
- To provide weekly updates on critical IT projects issues and status to country IT Manager
- Perform any other tasks assigned by your superior and management
Qualifications
Min. Diploma in Information Technologies or related fieldsAt least 1 - 3 year of working experience with MS Windows Operating Systems & Windows ServerKnowledge / experience in network infrastructure and security, server and backup, virtualization, etcPositive working attitude and willing to learn and take up new tasks as and when assignedTeam player, ability to collaborate effectively and maintain good relationships with team membersStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsWhy Join Us Today?
