TECHNICIAN PRODUCTION ENGINEERING

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out plant & machinery restructuring activities.
• Perform machine refurbishment activities.
• General upkeep of all machines and plant.
• Design & fabricate new jigs & fixtures for production & plant layout.
• Design, installation, robotic commissioning & automation.
• Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.
• Provide emergency / unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Assist the preparation of product prototype samples.
• Attend & present reports at the morning market if necessary.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

Secondary Function

Qualification Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma Kemahiran / SKM (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia) / SPM in relevant field or equivalent.

Working Experience Requirement

Fresh / Local worker minimum 1 year experience in related field.
