Manager, Cost Management

Overview

Objective : To assist and support Cost Management General Manager in monitoring, controlling and optimizing costs across a company or project. Responsibilities

Product feasibility study, localization and cost estimation. Assist in developing cost models and scenario analysis. Track actual cost against quoted price and investigate variances. Provide training or guidance to junior staff on cost processes. Standardize cost control procedures across departments or projects. Technical liaison with external providers and customers. Involve and support in cost-saving activities. Promote and enforce safety and health regulations in working environment. Coordinate the activities of internal audit. Ensure ISO 9001 quality system is implemented and maintained in the Department. Qualifications

Education :

Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Manufacturing / Industrial Professional Experience :

Minimum 5 years of experience in cost management or pricing analysis for a managerial role. Technical skills :

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (e.g., vlookup, sumproduct) is advantageous. Capabilities :

Strong analytical and numerical skills; attention to detail and good organizational skills. Benefits
