We are seeking a results-driven leader to support and strengthen the operations of our nationwide Express Division, which manages first-mile pickup and last-mile delivery across 100 branches, and agents network across Malaysia & Singapore. This position plays a critical role in driving service excellence, cost efficiency, and network reliability across our core logistics operations.
The role is ideal for an operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is looking to grow into a broader leadership capacity within a high-impact division. This role also offers high-visibility leadership platform with future progression potential based on performance and organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead pick up and last mile operations to achieve core KPIs.
- Drive operational standardization and continuous improvement across first-mile and last-mile networks.
- Oversee performance and capability development of Regional Managers and HQ operations teams.
- Strengthen collaboration between internal branches and 3PL partners to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Implement cost optimization and process excellence initiatives that enhance scalability and reliability.
- Uphold a high-performance, ownership-driven culture consistent with top-tier logistics standards.
- Responsible on network capacity planning and expansion.
- Collaborate with other departments to support the pre and post sales activities.
- Responsible on the budget planning and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline.10 years of progressive experience in express logistics, courier, or large-scale 3PL operations.Proven ability to manage large, distributed teams and complex operational networks.Strong financial acumen with P&L or cost management accountability.Demonstrated success in driving process transformation and service performance improvement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
