About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Planning and Project Management Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth production operations, effective project management, and seamless communication with both domestic and international partners.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in home décor or furniture manufacturing planning, a strong ability to walk the factory floor and monitor production execution, and proven skills in managing multiple projects and cross-cultural communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with factory to develop, maintain, and optimize production schedules to meet business and customer needs.
• Walk the factory floor daily to observe, verify, and ensure production is happening as planned.
• Coordinate closely with production, planning, logistics, and quality teams to address any issues and maintain timelines and communicate issues to appropriate team members.
• Manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with foreign partners, particularly in the United States and China, to provide daily updates of production schedules and projects.
• Prepare and analyze reports using Microsoft Outlook and Excel for planning, tracking, and communication.
• Support the implementation and usage of project management software tools experience is a plus).
