Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Math Teacher during the initial training and probation period. Upon meeting performance expectations, teachers may transition into a hybrid work model after 6 months .

Qualifications :

Since you will be teaching students from overseas, a neutral English accent is a MUST .

Open to graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably those who graduated in 2018 or later.

Preferred Majors : All academic backgrounds are welcome.

Teaching Experience : Previous experience teaching mathematics is not required but considered an advantage. Background in elementary math competitions is also a plus.

English Proficiency : Strong command of English in all areas—reading, writing, speaking, and listening is a MUST. Candidates must be able to communicate ideas clearly and effectively, ensuring smooth interaction with students and colleagues.

Mathematics Proficiency : Candidate SPM Maths results has to be B or above

Passion for Education : Must have a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and working with children, along with a strong sense of responsibility. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building meaningful relationships with students and parents.

Responsibilities :

Conduct engaging online math lessons using the Think Academy Teaching Platform.

Deliver effective instruction based on Think Academy’s curriculum and teaching guidelines.

Create a positive and inclusive virtual classroom environment for up to 20 students, encouraging interaction and collaborative learning.

Regularly track and evaluate student performance, offering timely and personalized feedback to both students and their parents.

Review and grade assignments, providing additional academic support when necessary.

Take part in other teaching-related tasks, such as administering diagnostic assessments for new students.
