Location : Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

Job Type : Full-Time

First 6 months : Full-time on-site

After 6 months : Hybrid work model

Long-term potential : Fully remote opportunity, subject to performance and team needs

Pay : RM3,800.00 (First six months)

RM4,000- RM10,000.00 per month (After six months, depends on the number of classes you take and teaching performance)

Teaching hourly rate : RM70-RM100

Role Description

Role Description : This is a full-time, on-site role for a Math Teacher during the initial training and probation period. Upon meeting performance expectations, teachers may transition into a hybrid work model after 6 months. Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging online math lessons using the Think Academy Teaching Platform.
• Deliver effective instruction based on Think Academy’s curriculum and teaching guidelines.
• Create a positive and inclusive virtual classroom environment for up to 20 students, encouraging interaction and collaborative learning.
• Regularly track and evaluate student performance, offering timely and personalized feedback to both students and their parents.
• Review and grade assignments, providing additional academic support when necessary.
• Take part in other teaching-related tasks, such as administering diagnostic assessments for new students.
