Position Brand Manager (Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei)

Responsibilities

Develops and updates consumer portrait and consumer engagement funnel for the brand.

Activates Brand Essence.

Manages 60 / 40+ basket, packaging, NHW dashboard, services and CSV related to the brand.

Develops and updates consumer portrait, understands in-store environment, contributes to category strategy, defines desired relative price, provides recommendations to pricing and promotional strategy, and proposes SKUs for key channels and key customers.

Ensures consumer centricity, applies Innovation levers, contributes to and executes the Innovation pipeline, and maintains brand vibrancy through relevant renovations.

Contributes to the development and execution of strong, functionally aligned brand and ICP plans. Tracks performance, health, and strategic alignment. Understands business impact of PFME and TTS investments for the brand.

Contributes to the development of OBIs and Big Ideas, engagement strategies, and creates attractive brand experiences. Partners with communication agencies to ensure brandcommunication enhances the image of a trusted NHW leader.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in any related discipline

Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing or brand management

2 years in another function ideally in Sales or equivalent FMCG

Experience working in eBusiness is a plus
