Proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer relations or digital marketing, with a focus on TikTok. Strong understanding of TikTok's platform, features, trends and algorithms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners. Creative mindset with a keen eye for engaging content and storytelling. Analytical mindset, with the ability to track and analyse campaign performance metrics to drive optimisation. Self‑motivated and results‑driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent and competitive compensation package. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement and sales on TikTok.
- Identify and recruit TikTok influencers and content creators to join our affiliate program.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, providing support, guidance and incentives to drive performance.
- Create and optimise TikTok content in collaboration with affiliates to align with brand messaging and objectives.
- Monitor and analyse TikTok campaigns, tracking key metrics and performance indicators to optimise results.
- Stay up‑to‑date with TikTok trends, algorithms and best practices to maximise visibility and reach.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, sales and product development, to ensure alignment and coherence in brand messaging and strategy.
