Your Mission

1. Prompt submit documents and physical passports at Jabatan Imigresen

Malaysia (JIM)

  • Ensure the submissions are endorsed and received by Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia.
  • Follow up all outstanding submissions.
  • Monitor the passports must return to WMU.
  • Prepare relevant documents for submission.
  • Safeguard the passports and important documents.
  • Communicate and coordinate the passport movements with the passport room team.

2. Identify new process changes at Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia (JIM)

  • Monitor any process change imposed by Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia.
  • Notify WMU of the new process change.

    • 3. Conduct JIM clearance for new foreign workers’ arrival

  • Conduct clearance according to Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia requirements.
  • Prepare the relevant documents for clearance.

    • 4. Support WMU operations where applicable
