SaaS Network Engineer

Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Networking, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in cloud or on-premises network administration, with at least 1 year in a network operations or support consultant role. Experience with public cloud providers (IaaS / SaaS) such as Azure or AWS, focusing on network architecture, connectivity, and compliance with frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR). Advantage to have : CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or ISC2 certifications. Other preferred certifications : Microsoft Certified Azure Network Engineer Associate, Azure Administrator Associate, Solutions Architect Expert, or other relevant cloud networking certifications. Good knowledge and experience in : Microsoft Remote Desktop Service (RDS) or Citrix Virtual Apps / Virtual Desktops Networking technologies such as DNS, DHCP, FTPS, VLAN, WAN Azure Firewall, NSG, Application Gateway, Auto-scaler and Load Balancer IAM, SSO, DLP and DRM Data backup and recovery DevOps and Agile Entry level Full-time Information Technology IT Services and IT Consulting
BASS is looking for a skilled and dynamic SaaS Network Engineer responsible for designing, maintaining, and securing the network infrastructure that supports our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment. This role ensures reliable connectivity, optimal performance, and robust protection across cloud and hybrid networks that deliver our enterprise solutions. The engineer proactively monitors, troubleshoots, and optimizes network operations to uphold system availability, performance, and scalability. What should you have?
- Have the ability to execute and implement all network-related operations according to established architecture standards, policies, and procedures.
- Have hands-on experience in network hardware / software configuration and maintenance (firewalls, switches, routers, VPN gateways, load balancers, etc.).
- Have the knowledge to perform network performance assessments, troubleshooting, and optimization, including latency, bandwidth, and routing issues.
- Ability to provide recommended network design and technical input that best suits business and application connectivity requirements.
- Ability to provide Level 2 support for network incidents and perform in-depth root cause analysis to ensure service stability and availability.
- Have relevant analytical skills to evaluate, investigate, and respond to network connectivity or performance incidents within cloud and hybrid environments.
- Have the ability to communicate and lead discussions with customers or prospects on cloud network design, connectivity models, and compliance clarifications during meetings or tenders.
- Have sufficient knowledge in managing network-related incidents with appropriate diagnostic information and evidence to assist in timely issue resolution and service restoration.
