We are seeking a meticulous and dependable Account Executive to join our finance team. This role is ideal for candidates with a solid foundation in accounting. The successful applicant will be responsible for verifying financial transactions, supporting the e‑invoicing system, managing accounts payable and receivable processes, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify e‑invoice transactions for accuracy
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date accounting files and documentation
- Support the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Perform basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks
- Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing procedures
- Respond to internal and external accounting inquiries
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Handle monthly stock reports and participate in stock take activities
Qualifications
Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related fieldBasic understanding of accounting principles and practicesPrior experience with e‑invoicing and accounting software (e.g., Autocount) is essentialStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and time‑management skillsEffective communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and WordFluency in Mandarin and / or Cantonese is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin / Cantonese‑speaking clients.Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM
