Penerangan pekerjaanPlanning and implementing finance, compliance, administration, and bookkeeping tasks. Ensuring timely updates of management accounts and daily finance activities. Collaborating with clients and team members to update project budgets and financial positions. Closing accounts for projects and societies. Liaising with LHDN for tax filings, submissions, and payments. Handling SST compliance with JKDM. Coordinating with auditors, tax agents, and secretaries. Working closely with Project and AMC Teams. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager. 5-day work week Individual and Company Performance Bonuses Flexible working hours A good remuneration package commensurate with your attitude and experience Regulatory EPF, SOCSO and EIS Data and Mobile Phone Line Average team member age is 26 years old Very strong team-based work culture and a proud sense of belonging Office creature comforts can be expected Casual office attire unless meeting clients. A) Requirements
- Minimum LCCI, Diploma, or Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Proven ability to complete a full set of accounts.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Ambitious, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Adaptable to short deadlines, long hours (including weekends and public holidays when required), and demanding clients.
- Competent with Google Suite, Excel, and other computer applications.
- Familiar with accounting software and willing to learn new platforms.
