Penerangan pekerjaanCandidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting. 1-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese). Highly motivated and committed. Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks. Good communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Willing to work in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam. Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status. Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply. Outlet : Monday - Sunday, 10 : 00 AM - 9 : 00 PM Office : Monday - Friday, 9 : 30 AM - 6 : 30 PM
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities :
- To liaise with trade suppliers to confirm the amount payable.
- To liaise with sub-contractor drivers and installers regarding accounts payable.
- To ensure the completeness of accounts payable within the specified due date.
- To ensure all suppliers' invoices are captured before month-end closing.
- To ensure suppliers' payments are captured and correctly applied in the accounts payable module.
- To handle any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- To perform other related duties as required.
