Key Accountabilities
- Strategic Planning & Brand Management
Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with brand strategy and business goals
Ensure consistent and elevated brand messaging across all customer touchpointsConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threatsCampaign Development & ExecutionLead 360° campaigns across print, digital, in-store, PR, and events
Collaborate with agencies, media partners, and internal teams to deliver impactful campaignsTrack campaign performance and optimize based on ROI and engagement metricsCustomer Experience & CRMPartner with internal teams to develop customer segmentation strategies and engagement activations
Enhance the in-store experience through tailored activations and touchpointsOrganize exclusive client events and activations to deepen customer relationshipsRetail & Visual Merchandising SupportWork closely with retail teams to align marketing efforts with store objectives
Support seasonal launches, product promotions, and visual merchandising guidelinesBudget & ReportingManage marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and cost control
Prepare monthly reports covering PR coverage, market insights, and strategic recommendationsQualifications / Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury retailStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven track record in developing and executing successful marketing plans and campaignsExcellent project management and multitasking abilitiesAnalytical mindset with a creative eye for brand storytellingProficient in marketing automation tools and softwareHands-on experience with digital marketing and social media strategyFamiliarity with designing interactive applications and digital platformsExisting relationships with media is a strong advantageWillingness to travel as neededJob Location
