Responsibilities

• Perform detailed failure analysis on semiconductor devices to support root cause investigations, including electrical, visual, and physical inspection.
• Conduct reliability testing and monitor test progress in accordance with standards.
• Support data collection and preparation of technical reports for failure analysis and reliability evaluations.
• Ensure timely execution of FA / Reliability requests from Engineering, Quality, and Customer Teams.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration checks on FA and reliability lab equipment.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by supervisor / engineer relevant to failure analysis or reliability operations.
