Senior Business Development Manager (Property Development & Furnished Solutions)
Develop and Execute Strategic Business Plans : Lead the development of business strategies and action plans aimed at sourcing partnerships with property developers for fully furnished projects.
Identify and Develop Business Opportunities : Source new business opportunities with property developers, construction firms, and architects for fully or semi-furnished property projects through market research, networking, and industry events.
Build and Maintain Senior-Level Relationships : Establish and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers within property development companies, construction firms, and other key stakeholders.
Lead Business Development Team : Manage and mentor a team of business development executives, providing strategic direction, setting targets, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds its goals.
High-Level Negotiations and Deal Closure : Lead negotiations and secure high-value business agreements with property developers, ensuring favorable terms that align with the company’s long-term objectives.
Sales Presentations and Proposals : Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and business pitches tailored to the needs of property developers and aligned with our fully furnished solutions.
Market Analysis and Strategic Positioning : Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, growth opportunities, and competitive landscape insights to refine the company’s approach.
Collaborate on Project Delivery : Work closely with internal project management, design, and operations teams to deliver fully furnished solutions that meet developer and market demands.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting : Track sales performance, client satisfaction, and market feedback, providing regular reports to senior management and suggesting improvements to business strategies.
Represent the Company : Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and networking functions, promoting the company’s fully furnished solutions and expanding its business network.
Requirements :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience : Minimum 8-10 years of experience in business development, real estate, or property development roles, with a proven track record in managing partnerships with high-level developers and closing significant business deals.
Industry Network : Established senior-level network within the property development sector, with a strong reputation and influence in the industry.
Advanced Communication and Negotiation Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with C-suite executives, present complex proposals, and negotiate favorable business outcomes.
Strategic and Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret market data, assess risks, and create long-term business plans.
Project Management Proficiency : Familiarity with project management principles, including the ability to manage complex timelines, coordinate with various teams, and ensure the delivery of customized solutions.
Language Skills : Proficiency in English is required, and additional proficiency in Malay and Mandarin is advantageous.
Flexibility and Mobility : Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, site visits, and high-level industry events.
