Business Development Manager L&D Solutions

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and strategic expansion within a dedicated portfolio of key accounts across the APAC region, with a primary focus on emerging Malaysian markets. The role will be 80% hunting and 20% farming with a little project management
• Be fully accountable for the commercial performance of managed accounts, covering total sales, revenue targets, gross margin achievement, and overall project profitability.
• Cultivate and maintain robust, high-level stakeholder relationships globally, coordinating seamlessly with international business units in Europe, APAC, and the Americas to ensure unified client service.
• Collaborate intensely with the APAC Project Delivery Team to guarantee the flawless execution of training programs and achieve maximum client satisfaction.
• Execute in-depth Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and discovery sessions with client teams across APAC.
• Systematically generate and nurture a pipeline of new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and targeted relationship development.
• Be empowered to independently build, manage, and expand your entire client acquisition portfolio from initial contact to closed deal.
